Meditation is a threshold into deeper self-knowledge, a portal to health and creativity. 

My work is based in Yoga, Ayurveda, Western Herbal Medicine, and diverse Meditation traditions. I work privately with individuals, couples, and communities, teaching consciousness practices that are suited for modern times. 

I specialize in supporting those going through sacred life transitions and transformations after loss, I call this Shadowland Guidance. My meditation courses, books (coming soon), therapy practice, weekly classes and educational programs are the methods through which we may practice together.

Lastly, I came to this work through my own journey with suffering. Grief after tragedy. Questions on self and identity. Depression and anxiety. Familial trauma. And, I am here to share what I've learned with you.
