Your True Nature is luminous and free, and the aim of yoga and mindfulness therapy, is to root you deeply into this reality. It can feel inconceivable to call on our inner reserves when we are in the throws of grief, loss, reliving traumas, and significant life transitions. 

 

I am here as a resource, to hold these transformations with you, and offer you practical tools that ultimately, remind you that it's going to be okay and you are of the nature to change. 

Throughout my personal healing journey, I have found the Vedic sciences of yoga and meditation to be the most profound therapeutic technologies, which is why I practice through this alternative lens. It is a conscious choice. The focus and purpose of my work is to transform suffering into understanding and wisdom and to restore bonds between people and nature. 

I am an experienced Ayurvedic health coach, movement and meditation teacher, and yoga therapist. When working privately together, I lean on the wisdom of spiritual psychology and the homeopathy of Ayurveda to support you in the flowering of your most authentic and joyful self.

Ayurveda is the healing branch of yoga, known as the science of life and the mother of all healing. It was devised by ancient seers to allow for maximum longevity for the pursuit of yoga, the science of self-knowledge. It teaches us to respect the cycles of nature and the seasons of our lives. 

Through yoga and mindfulness therapy, we learn to be a friend to ourselves. We enter new relationships whole and awake. And we begin to think, feel, relate, and create authentically, in response to our environment and other people.

In my yoga & mindfulness therapy offerings, we will focus on restoring the connection to your higher self as you journey through life transitions.

I work with a variety of techniques ranging from nurturing dialogue to mind-body practices to wisdom psychology. My approach to therapy is rooted in the Vedic sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness as well as Western Herbal Medicine - although I am inspired by many traditions and philosophies. I have an alternative education and practice by choice. 

 

My intention is to support you in tapping into the rich source of healing already within you by holding space for you to process difficult emotions and experiences. I share this mind-body-spirit approach from lived experience and with sincere respect for you.
