Join Morgan Kulas and Senior Guest Teachers in Santa Fe, New Mexico for an immersion into living your yoga. This 300HR program is unlike others, in that it is limited to 10 students, who will be retreating to a truly majestic Santa Fe estate, to deepen knowledge of humanity, spirit, and service.

Study and practice will take place 6 days a week, with one day off to explore the amazing territory of Santa Fe. Accommodations, as well as two Ayurvedic meals a day, are provided and included with tuition. Senior teachers from Colorado and New Mexico will contribute their expertise, offering a truly diverse and respectful delivery of the teachings.

Participants will receive their 300HR advanced teaching certification on the final day of the retreat. Over the course of the month, they will benefit from intimate mentorship on their teaching skills, practice, and personal dharma.

Acceptance is based on a phone interview, experience, and commitment. Participants must have a 200HR or the equivalent practice experience of a 200HR certification. To be clear, we accept practitioners who are not on the teaching path, but yearn to deep dive into yoga and meditation for personal reasons.

Aarunya Yoga School is founded in a diversity of students and lineage with a focus on personal practice and authenticity. In our 300HR program, we respectfully require our students/teachers to have a strong social consciousness.

The format of this training is inspired by the four paths of yoga; Raja, Karma, Jnana, and Bhakti. Week one is Raja, where students will deepen and refresh their understanding of The Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, and The Upanishads, and will hone in on their knowledge of Asana, Pranayama, and Subtle Body Theory; refining established skills in sequencing, cueing, and kinesiology but at an advanced level.

Week two is Karma Yoga, where students will further develop their goals and values surrounding teaching group classes, privates, and offering social services. Week three is Jnana Yoga, focused on diverse meditation techniques including but not limited to Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness, Emotional Intelligence, and Concentration. And week four is Bhakti, where students will study mythology and experience a daily Puja. Each day of training will begin with Chanting, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, and will end with Student Teaching Practicums and Mentorship.

Tuition: $4500 All Inclusive
